Kiwi Quencher Tropical Smoothie Copycat Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (add more if needed to reach the desired texture)
  • 1 1/2 kiwi fruit, cut into chunks (skin removed)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (adjust based on your texture preference)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or turbinado sugar)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Directions

In a high-powered blender, add greek yogurt, almond milk, fruits (honey and protein powder if using). Add the ice and blend on medium high, until desired texture is reached.

You can add a little more ice or an additional splash of almond milk as needed.
