Espresso, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Low Sugar Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

    Smoothie Bowl

    • 3/4 cups Greek yogurt, nonfat
    • 1/3 cup oats
    • 1 tablespoon instant espresso granules
    • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    • 2 tablespoons Swerve sugar replacement
    • 1/2 banana
    • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
    • almond milk, unsweetened
    • 1 1/2 - 2 cup ice cubes

    Toppings

    • flax seeds
    • desiccated coconut
    • natural peanut butter
    • slivered almonds
    • granola

    Directions

    Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender, mix to combine, adding a little more ice and/or almond milk to obtain your desired texture.

    Pour into bowl, top with toppings and enjoy!
