Gingerbread Cookie Dessert Hummus
- 1 can chickpeas, canned and strained
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
In a food processor, combine ALL ingredients and blend until smooth and no longer gritty. Taste it and adjust the flavors as needed, if it needs to be smoother, add a drizzle more of melted coconut oil. If it needs to be sweeter, add more brown sugar and/or honey. |
