Ingredients

  • 20 ounces 100% fresh apple cider divided
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel syrup or caramel sauce
  • optional toppings: whipped cream pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Instructions

  • At least 4-6 hours ahead, add 12 ounces of apple cider to an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
  • Once frozen, add the apple cider ice cubes to a blender, pour in the apple cider, cream, and caramel (caramel sauce or salted caramel syrup). Blend until smooth.
  • Optionally, swirl some caramel sauce inside the glasses for decoration.
  • Pour in the whipped apple cider. If you're using whipped cream on top, leave a little room at the top for a swirl. Dust with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Notes

If you cannot locate 100% fresh apple cider (which is usually found in the produce section at the store during the fall season), you can use 100% apple juice.
