Waldorf Chicken Salad Recipe

Creamy Lemon Dressing
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Toppings
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken chopped
- 1/3 cup celery diced
- 1/3 cup grapes halved
- 1/3 cup apples diced
- 1/3 cup red onions diced
- 1/3 cup pecans chopped
In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Whisk until combined, taste and adjust if needed.
In a large bowl add all of the toppings. Pour over half the dressing and use a spatula to toss until evenly distributed. Add more dressing in increments, stirring as you go, until it reaches your desired creaminess.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Serve with crackers or veggies.
