Servings: 2 smoothies
- 1 cup milk, your preferred milk variety have extra on standby for your desired texture
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips or use Lily's white chocolate chips for a low sugar version. Add 2 tsp of honey if so.
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
Make the White Chocolate Milk
Heat the milk in a microwave-safe measuring cup for 1 minute.
Add the white chocolate chips into a bowl then pour over the hot milk stirring until the chocolate fully melts and incorporates into the milk. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Make the Smoothie
To a blender add in the white chocolate milk, yogurt, and frozen strawberries. If you're using low sugar chocolate add the honey now too.
Blend on high on the smoothie setting, blending until it's thick and creamy. Add a splash of milk if it needs to thin out a little or a few extra strawberries if it seems too thin.
If you're not looking to add extra sugar to this smoothie but like the idea of white chocolate, try Lily's White Chocolate Chips. These are lower sugar and really good.
You can add protein powder to this smoothie without making any measurement adjustments. Vanilla or chocolate protein both work great. My favorite clean protein is Truvani.
