Ingredients

  • 1 block softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups homemade whipped cream
  • Toppings: peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, reese's pieces
  • Dippers: oreo thins, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, ritz crackers, nutter butter, apples, etc.

Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and brown sugar together using a hand mixer. Once it's smooth and creamy, blend in peanut butter and vanilla extract. The texture will not be a bit thicker.
  • Fold in prepared homemade whipped cream (or Cool Whip if you prefer). It's important to fold in the whipped cream in increments by hand with a silicone spatula to avoid it deflating.
  • Place the peanut butter cheesecake dip into a serving bowl and decorate the top with your toppings of choice and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on a serving plate with the dippers.
