Ingredients

  • 24 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 tablespoons butter partially melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • 20 pieces pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Keep the rolls in the provided cardboard container. Use a large spatula to tamp down the rolls, leaving about 1.5" inches of the outer rolls untouched to make a "crust".
  • Prepare the garlic butter by combining the butter, garlic, and parsley. Mix well and set aside 2 tablespoons for the finished pizza.
  • Brush 4 tablespoons of garlic butter all over the pizza, edge to edge. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  • Tamp down the bread again to redefine the crust. Add pizza sauce all over the flattened portion. Layer with mozzarella and pepperoni. Sprinkle the crust with parmesan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned and crisp. If needed, add foil to the crust to prevent burning.
  • Brush the crust again with set-aside garlic butter, and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Slice into portions and enjoy.
