Servings: 8 large slices
- 24 count Hawaiian rolls
- 6 tablespoons butter partially melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella
- 20 pieces pepperoni
- 1/3 cup parmesan grated
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Keep the rolls in the provided cardboard container. Use a large spatula to tamp down the rolls, leaving about 1.5" inches of the outer rolls untouched to make a "crust".
Prepare the garlic butter by combining the butter, garlic, and parsley. Mix well and set aside 2 tablespoons for the finished pizza.
Brush 4 tablespoons of garlic butter all over the pizza, edge to edge. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Tamp down the bread again to redefine the crust. Add pizza sauce all over the flattened portion. Layer with mozzarella and pepperoni. Sprinkle the crust with parmesan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned and crisp. If needed, add foil to the crust to prevent burning.
Brush the crust again with set-aside garlic butter, and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Slice into portions and enjoy.
