Ingredients

  • 2 - 5.4 oz bags Knorr Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice or Herb & Butter Rice
  • 2 cups rotisserie or cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 3.5 cups chicken stock or hot water + 1 heaping tablespoon of granulated bouillon
  • 2/3 cup white wine
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for topping
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp each: salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Into a greased 9x13 casserole dish add in all of the ingredients in order, using a whisk to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes, or until most the liquid is absorbed into the rice. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the remaining moisture to be absorbed.
  • Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese if desired and serve.
