Easy Garlic Bread
This easy garlic bread recipe starts with a pre-made tube of pizza dough, is smothered in a homemade butter sauce chock-full of fresh garlic, topped with an (un)healthy amount of mozzarella cheese and baked to golden perfection.

Servings: 6 servings
- 1 can 11 oz refrigerated pre-made pizza crust like Pillsbury
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
Garlic Butter Spread
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 5 large cloves garlic, minced if small cloves, use 7-8
- 1/3 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes less or more if desired
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, partially melt the butter. Add in the garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes and parsley. Mix well until combined.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to roughly a 10x15 rectangle shape.
Spread the remaining garlic butter (melting again if needed) over the top of the cheese bread edge-to-edge, or just over the crust if you prefer. Slice into your desired sized pieces and serve.
Brush the garlic butter across the entire dough edge to edge. Reserve the remaining sauce from brushing again after it bakes.
Top with mozzarella cheese across the entire surface area. Place on a non-stick pan and bake in the center rack.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, monitor it at 10 minutes to ensure it doesn't brown too quickly. Once crust is a golden brown, it's ready.
