Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk can substitute with almond milk if preferred
  • 2 cups heavy cream can substitute with half and half if preferred
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk 3/4 of a 12 ounce can
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp finishing sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a 4-quart slow cooker. Whisk until the cocoa powder gets incorporated; this can take a few minutes since the milk is cold.
