Buffalo Chicken Salad

- 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons light mayo
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/4 cup green onion diced
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles or feta or shredded cheddar can be used instead
- salt and pepper to taste
Into a mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, diced celery, red onions, green onions and blue cheese.
Into the same bowl add in the greek yogurt, mayo, buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning and salt and pepper.
Stir everything together until it's evenly combined. Taste and adjust if needed (sometimes I'll add a little more buffalo sauce, more ranch powder, etc).
