Buffalo Chicken Salad

You'll love this 10-minute recipe for Buffalo Chicken Salad because we use rotisserie chicken for ease and the dressing is a greek yogurt base with just a small amount of light mayo.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles or feta or shredded cheddar can be used instead
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Into a mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, diced celery, red onions, green onions and blue cheese.
  • Into the same bowl add in the greek yogurt, mayo, buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning and salt and pepper.
  • Stir everything together until it's evenly combined. Taste and adjust if needed (sometimes I'll add a little more buffalo sauce, more ranch powder, etc).
