Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn


  • 1/2 cup Popping corn kernels
  • 1/3 cup Butter, salted
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt


Make the popcorn using an air popper according to the manufacturers directions. Or, make it on the stove top with a few tablespoons of oil.
While the popcorn is popping, melt the butter in a bowl. Then add the vanilla extract and combine. Pour the butter mixture all over the popcorn to coat thoroughly, stirring as you pour.
Add the dry ingredients (salt, sugar, cinnamon) in a small bowl and combine. Using a spoon, sprinkle spoonfuls of the dry mixture over the buttered popcorn - tossing the popcorn as you go to get an even coat. Add more butter or cinnamon/sugar if needed based on your preference.
