Espresso, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Low Sugar Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl
- 3/4 cups Greek yogurt, nonfat
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso granules
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Swerve sugar replacement
- 1/2 banana
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 - 2 cup ice cubes
Toppings
- flax seeds
- desiccated coconut
- natural peanut butter
- slivered almonds
- granola
Directions
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender, mix to combine, adding a little more ice and/or almond milk to obtain your desired texture. Pour into bowl, top with toppings and enjoy! |
