High Protein 4-Ingredient Breakfast Casserole


  • 4 cups 100% Egg whites
  • 8 Chicken sausage links, chopped (Applegate Farms)
  • 3 cups Chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/3 cup Non-fat feta cheese


Grease an 8x8 casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pour the liquid egg whites into the casserole dish and add all remaining ingredients and mix well, until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted at the thickest part comes out clean. Allow the casserole dish to cool on a cooling rack for 30 minutes, then cut into four equal parts.
